On July 4, 2026, our country will mark 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
America was founded because people stepped up to serve. The Revolutionary War required sacrifice, courage, and a belief that a new kind of nation was possible. That spirit of ordinary people choosing to give something of themselves for a larger purpose has shaped every generation since.
For Combined Arms, America250 is a vital celebration because of who we serve.
This anniversary is not only about looking back at the founding of the United States. It is about recognizing the service that has carried the country forward for 250 years: from those who first fought for independence to the veterans, service members, military families, caregivers, and survivors who have upheld our pillars of democracy.
That is why Combined Arms is proud to be an official Supporting Partner of America250, the national effort to commemorate America’s Semiquincentennial.
America250 is inviting people across the country to take part in this historic moment through initiatives like America Gives, Giving 4th, America’s Block Party, Our American Story, and more. These programs give individuals, families, students, companies, nonprofits, and communities tangible ways to participate by volunteering, giving, gathering, sharing stories, and engaging the next generation.
At Combined Arms, honoring service means doing the work. It means building systems that make it easier for veterans, service members, military families, caregivers, and survivors to access the resources they need. It means making sure support is not scattered, slow, or hard to navigate. It means bringing the right people and partners together around a shared mission.
Our name comes from a military concept: different forces working together to accomplish more than any one could alone. That idea drives everything we do. Combined Arms connects the military-connected community to trusted resources for employment, housing, food assistance, mental health, benefits navigation, legal support, financial assistance, and community connection.
As part of the America250 moment, Combined Arms is proud of the service our community has already put into action. And we are logging those hours in America Gives! Through food distributions and VetConnect events, our network has represented more than 500 volunteer engagements with an estimated 2,300 volunteer hours in 2026 alone.
Those hours are more than a number. They represent people packing food, setting up tables, making introductions, helping veterans connect with employers, answering questions, linking families to resources, and showing up when it matters. Through America Gives, America250 is encouraging people across the country to help make 2026 a record-setting year of volunteer service.
For Combined Arms, this anniversary is not only about looking back over 250 years. It is about asking what kind of support system we are willing to build as we look ahead to say, our 300th anniversary.
Since 2015, Combined Arms has connected more than 100,000 veterans and military-connected individuals to critical resources through a coordinated network of partners. That work is possible because no single organization is trying to do everything alone. The strength is in the network.
Combined, We Thrive.
