HOUSTON, TX, Dec. 02, 2025

We know that the holiday season can be difficult for everyone: from the veteran feeling isolated after transitioning from the military, to the spouse separated by deployment, and the military-connected family struggling with finances, mental health, or other difficulties. You aren’t in this fight alone.

Combined Arms is proud to be part of the Face the Fight™ coalition as we combine forces to drive awareness, reduce stigma around veteran suicide, and create hope for military connected families. Combined Arms uses a screening tool to support suicide risk assessment through a series of simple, plain-language questions for new and returning clients on our platform.

Launched in 2023 by USAA, Reach Resilience, and the Humana Foundation, Face the Fight brings together organizations to reduce veteran suicide through public education and awareness. In addition to Combined Arms, the coalition includes frontline crisis responders, peer-support networks, community clinics, and research teams.
