  1. Go to the Help Desk form in the portal.

  2. In your request, include the following details:

    • A short note stating that you’d like to request deletion of your personal data.

  3. Our support team will review your request and may contact you to verify your identity before proceeding.

  4. Once verified, we’ll begin the deletion process and confirm completion, typically within 30 days.

  5. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted or anonymized.
