My connection was closed, but I never spoke with the organization. What should I do?

If your connection was closed before you were contacted:

  1. Double-check your messages: Review your email inbox, spam or junk folder, and voicemail to ensure you didn’t miss any communication attempts from the organization.

  2. If you still haven’t received any messages, go to your My Connections page and locate the closed connection.

  3. Since the Send Note option is only available for open connections, you’ll need to contact the Help Desk for assistance.

  4. When you reach out, include details such as:

    • The organization name or resource you connected to.

    • The date the connection was created or closed.

    • A short note explaining that you didn’t receive any outreach and would like the connection reviewed.

  5. A member of the Combined Arms support team will verify the details and help re-establish your connection if appropriate.

    💡 Checking your email, voicemail, and spam folders first can save time. Organizations may have already tried to reach you.
