There’s an error on the page, what should I do?

If you experience an error while using the portal:

  1. Take a screenshot of the error message or what you see on the screen.

  2. Note the steps you took right before the error appeared (for example: which page you were on or what button you clicked).

  3. Go to the Help Desk form in the portal.

  4. Include the following details in your request:

    • A brief description of the issue.

    • The screenshot of the error.

    • The steps you took leading up to the issue.

  5. Submit the form to send your request to the support team.
