Combined Arms has partnered with LDR Leadership to offer a Performance Management Series designed to provide leaders with the tools they need to create lasting, behavioral change within an organization, department or team. Participants in the course walk away with a structured methodology for succeeding in management and a support system of LDR Leadership consultants to assist in future management problem sets. The training is broken up into two main focuses over the three-day training:

Proactive Performance Coaching
Designed to teach leaders effective methods for creating behavioral or performance changes on the part of employees through both in-class instruction and role-play scenarios. Emphasis is placed on creating an environment to encourage change in performance in a positive manner and methods of providing recognition to employees for performance that is desirable.

Problem Identification and Decision Making
Explore how to effectively identify the problem without jumping to the solution, a technique proven to improve your decision-making abilities. Learn the importance of teamwork in the group decision-making process. Learn to leverage and capitalize on conflict rather than allowing it to become a source of disruption.
