How do I connect to a resource?

To connect to a resource:

1. Log in to your account.

2. From your Resource Depot, select a Service Category to view available resources.

3. Use the Service and Location filters to narrow down resource options, if desired.

4. Tap Select Resource next to each resource you want to connect to

   1. You can have up to 10 connections open at a time

   2. You can have 1 connection open per Service.

5. Tap Next to move to the next step.

6. Alternatively, you can tap the Rucksack Icon in the upper-right corner to proceed.

7. Add a note if you’d like to share more details about your request with the organization.

8. Review your selections and remove any you no longer need by simply tapping the “X” next to the resource you wish to remove.

9. Tap Connect Now to send your connection request.

💡 You’ll receive confirmation once your connection request has been submitted.
