How do I contact the organization I connected to?

Once you submit a connection request:

1. The organization you selected will automatically receive a notification letting them know you’re interested in their service.
2. A staff member from that organization will reach out to you directly, typically within 72 hours of your request.
3. You’ll receive communication based on the contact information in your profile (email, phone).

⏱️ If you haven’t heard back after 72 hours, you can follow up by using the 'Send Note' option next to that connection from your My Connections list.
