I connected to a resource, what can I expect now?

Once you’ve connected to a resource:

  1. The organization providing that service receives a notification immediately.

  2. A staff member from that organization will reach out to you within 72 hours using the contact information listed in your profile (email, phone).

  3. Keep an eye on your email inbox and voicemail  for their response.

  4. When they reach out, respond promptly to avoid delays in receiving assistance.
