I synced my military history over using the Veteran Status option in the portal, but my details are not accurate. How do I update the synced details.

The military service details shown in your profile come directly from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) through a secure API connection. Combined Arms can only display the information that the VA has on file. We are not able to edit or override those records.

If the synced details appear incorrect:

  1. You will need to contact the VA directly to update or correct your military service information.

  2. Once the VA updates your record in their system, you can return to the portal and sync your Veteran Status again to pull in the corrected information.

💡 Combined Arms does not have direct access to the VA’s internal database, so any changes must be made by the VA before they will appear in the portal.
