The page isn’t loading or looks broken, what should I do?

If a page doesn’t load correctly or elements appear out of place:

  1. Refresh the page or try again in a few minutes — sometimes this resolves temporary connection issues.

  2. Make sure you’re using a supported browser (such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari) and that it’s updated to the latest version.

  3. Clear your browser cache or open the portal in a private/incognito window to rule out stored data conflicts.

  4. If the issue continues, submit a Help Request and include:

    • A screenshot of what you see.

    • The browser and device you’re using.

    • The steps you took before the page stopped working.
