No. The Combined Arms platform functions as a referral system, not a case management tool.
Once you’ve successfully connected with the client and started providing support, you can close the connection in the portal and continue working with them through your organization’s usual process.

Example:
A client is referred to your organization for employment assistance. Job placement can take months, but as long as you’ve made initial contact and are actively working together, you can close the connection in the portal and continue communication externally.

Close the loop in the portal once the referral is fulfilled; continue service delivery within your own system.
