Civic Lubbock, Inc., Stage Left Productions, and many community partners are organizing the 36th Annual 4th on Broadway Celebration on July 4, 2026. The main focus of all entities involved is to honor the legacy, and continue the free, family-friendly tradition Broadway Festivals Inc. produced beginning in 1991 through 2024. The annual Fourth of July celebration will feature a new parade route, an afternoon picnic with live music, an evening concert and the fireworks show at the end of the night. Davis Smith’s Gorilla Law-Palooza Evening Concert (South Plains Fairgrounds) Evening Concert 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. 7:00p.m. – Mariachi Mi Tierra 7:30p.m. – Louie TheSinger 9:00p.m. – Lit H-E-B’s Fireworks Extravaganza (South Plain Fairgrounds) H-E-B’s Fireworks Extravaganza will start at 10:00 p.m. featuring classic and contemporary patriotic music.
